How to Hide Double Chin with Make Up?

I have really pale skin, and light brown hair. I’m using MAC foundation, and the second lightest shade of my brand. I don’t tan, I burn. My skin is just pale. Anyway, I’ve lost weight and regardless of that, I have a small double chin. It’s very annoying since I’ve work so hard to lose the weight. I know that you can hide it with make up by contouring the face. I know how to do it, but I’m stuck on what color i should use to cover it up? I read another one of these questions where the woman recommended Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Makeup, so my question is for someone with fair skin, what color should I use below my chin/neck to hide the double chin?

Get Medium 4 (Honey Beige) Just for under your neck

Make a triangle underneath your neck where your double chin is and fill it in

don’t use foundation, use a MATTE dark powder, such as a matte face powder in a compact, that is a few shades darker than your complexion. Use a large, fluffy brush to contour just under your chin and jawline. Blend well. This will give the illusion of a shadow and definition.
