I’m sixteen and i was wondering if this is a bit much, its what i do for school. Everything is used sparingly, so i dont really think i look like a clown and i get a lot of compliments on my looks, but is it still too much?

At the moment I only use maybelline dream matte mousse, and eyeliner/mascara. However I don’t find the mousse very good, I put it on straight after moisturising and it wears off easily and my skin’s still red and spotty (boo teenage skin.)
