Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse

right now im using maybelline dream matte mousse and it works great for my acne and combination skin but i dont know. i just cant really commit to using the same foundation for long haha. its running out so yeah. i did some research and i decided im not going with MAC because it tends to make people break out. but not only that but it also isnt long lasting. i need a foundation thatll last me through school and through some parties and stuff. loreal infallible sounds alright because of its full coverage and true match sounds good too.
i dont know haha i just need a LIQUID foundation and matching powder to cover up my acne that i mostly have on my sides and not let me break out. Also i dont want to be a cake-face haha i tried neutrogena btw and it made my acne look really really dry so NO.
no minerals please.

MuckleAdo hmm i dont know it sounds pretty good and ill consider it but i have a history of minerals clogging my pores and giving me that horrible uninflamed acne. just tiny bumps on my skin that i couldnt get rid of for months and made my skin really dull (

I found one called Ideal Matte by Estee Lauder, and it works really well, it looks really smooth and covers my imperfections, i was wondering what other foundation gives this effect? and does the best results come from liquid foundation or other? i’m using maybelline new york dream matte mousse but i don’t think it gives as much coverage. I bought some foundation (maybelline dream matte mousse), and I discovered after wearing it I have an allergy to it.

My face has got dry, red patches and feels very sore and it also feels as if it is burned. My eyes are also quite watery and runny.

I made sure I washed all the foundation off, and then I applied some gentle lotion (E45 lotion) to cool and soothe my face.

The lotion has helped a little bit, but is there anything else I can do to speed up the healing process and stop it hurting so much (and also stop my eyes watering)

i have oily skin and use dream matte mousse from maybelline. i notice that if i scratch my nose or cheek, my foundation comes off my face, onto my hands and then onto papers. wat is a good foundation for oily skin that will last through the day or at least 6-7 hours, i am a high school student and have no time to reapply and touch up makeup.

i wash my face, exfoliate once to twice a week, moisturize. then i apply concealer and foundation. i’ll even spend a good ten minutes smoothing it all out, but i still get flakiness and fine lines showing through my makeup! what am i doing wrong?

i use maybelline dream matte mousse as concealer, and mac studio fix fluid foundation as my foundation, if that helps.

well i recently had a bad breakout, which i never get, because of a crappy foundation i was using. so for the time being, i kinda need some concealer [:

I’ve been using Revlon Colorstay Foundation in Buff for Normal/Dry skin, and it’s okay. I like how it stays, and it has extremely well coverage, but it’s a little too pink for my neutral skin tone. It makes me sad haha. Sooo.. I was just wondering if you can recommend a good foundation/powder for me? I’ve already tried Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse and the Loreal naturale stuff. hahah. I should have mentioned that I live in the States, hah . The Annabelle sounded really good, but sadly, it’s just in Canada .

I have a cover up stick and a loose powder i use, and whenever i use them they look really noticeable and cakey, and i **** it. My face looks disgusting. The coverup doesn’t usually blend well, it sort of sits on top of my face, and the powder doesn’t really even do much. I bought maybelline dream matte mousse foundation (i no longer use it) and i bought the LIGHTEST shade and it looked totally orange on my skin, plus it looked cakey and noticeable too.

I’m really really pale, and i need to find a good foundation type makeup that is INEXPENSIVE and won’t look cakey and noticeable on my skin, plus that will be light enough for me. I only have $12, what would you recommend? (drug store brands only!)

I use a tinted moisturizer, and Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation, with either Miss Sporty/Wet n’ Wild eyeliner..

By at least 11/12 o’clock my eyeliner has turned into a black smudge below my eyes, and my foundation has just slided off.. [[i don't really have blemishes, just a reddish tint to my skin-tone]]

I don’t know if it’s the products i’m using my skin [[which i don't think is greasy]] or should i uses a primer, which one? UK brands only please

At the momment I wear maybelline dream matte mousse foundation all over my face. Today though, I only used it to cover a few of my imperfections (like a concealer) and it looked so much better and I felt like it was less caked on and yeah. Would it be okay to use a foundation as a concealer? I usually find normal concealers don’t match my skin and it just looks odd (I have very pale/ivory shade skin)
Also, I wear cream dolly pink blush, but only a little and mascara.
Is this too much for a 16 year old?

I like pale lips (even though I’m very pale), would it look really bad if I used a little little tiny amount of ivory foundation on them? Seeing as I’m quite pale skinned?

16 years old, very small (in height and weight), pale skinned, relatively big blue eyes, dirty blonde messy slightly ‘teased’ hair (like diana from x factor sort of), rosy pink cheeks, pale lips, blackkk mascara, no eyeliner, slightly bad skin but not very/covered lightly by makeup not cakeddd.

What techniques are there for applying Foundation?
Mine always seems to come off really quickly and leave patches of it on my skin.
I am quite pale so i find it really annoying to be slightly orange in some places!

What foundations can you recommend, also tinted moisturisers etcc, and preferbly for them not to be too expensive. & i live in the UK.

And can you please tell me some good techniques to make it look good.

One last thing.. Do you think i should use powder and concealer along with the foundation itself?
